FITNESS CENTER

​Fitness Center Hours: 5:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

The exercise equipment is available to all residents.

1. ​No one under the age of eighteen (18) is allowed in the Fitness Center unaccompanied by an adult. 

2. There is a time limit of twenty (20) minutes per machine if someone is waiting.

3. ​Residents must wipe down equipment after use. Cleaning supplies are provided.

4. Proper gym attire is required including clothing and footwear.

5. ​No food or beverage other than water is allowed in the Fitness Center.

6. No loitering in the Fitness Center.

7. ​Residents must shut off lights when leaving if no one else is in the Fitness Center.

8. ​Music is limited to the use of personal devices with headphones.

9. Smoking of any kind is NOT permitted in any indoor area of the Clubhouse. This inludes the Fitness Center.

10. ​Use of the Fitness Center is limited to Hudson View Community Association residents who are not in arrears of payment of dues, fees or fines. Residents are not allowed to bring guests into the Fitness Center. 

 

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of the use of the exercise room and/or the imposition of fines at the discretion of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors reserves the right to change these rules at any time.
