New Unit Owners

We would like to welcome you to the community! As you are getting settled in, please review the policies on parking, renovations, trash/recycling and the rules & regulations. You can find more detailed information under the Resources & Info tab.

Parking: Homeowners may park two (2) vehicles on the property. A parking garage counts as one (1) parking space therefore garage owners are only permitted to use their garage and number/reserved spot and are not permitted to park a second vehicle in a visitor spot.  More info here.

Grills: You are allowed to have an electric grill. Please, no gas/propane grills. You will find a gas grill for community use at the pool.

Pets: Two pets are allowed per unit. While on the property, dogs must be leashed at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. You may not walk your pets on the recreational facilities. After one warning, violators will be issued a fine. Fines will be imposed for each subsequent violation. The clubhouse, pool/pool deck and the circular island between buildings 6 and 7 are "pet free zones". Click on forms to register your pet(s).

Satellite Dishes: You are allowed to have a dish for tv & internet, however it cannot be attached to the siding. Please contact Property Management if you would like to have a dish installed to get more information. If you are no longer using the dish, it must be taken down.

Renovations: As a homeowner, you are allowed to make updates to your unit. Certain work requires Board approval and an Architectural Review form.  You can find the form here.

Work that requires approval includes:

  • Any work that would change the existing structure including making changes to plumbing and electrical.

    • This included hot water heaters and HVAC systems.

  • Replacing your windows, patio door, or front door. (Read Tip Sheet)

  • Making changes to your patio/deck, adding an awning, adding a gate and steps.

  • Hanging items on the siding. Please do not attach anything to the siding without Board approval or you could be responsible for the replacement cost of the siding.
